One Vehicle lifter arrested and recovered 04 stolen motor cycles

Jammu, May 16: In continuation to operation Chetak, a special drive against vehicle theft cases launched by Jammu Police, today Gandhi Nagar Police apprehended one vehicle lifter and recovered 04 stolen Motor Cycles.

On 15-05-2018, Police Party of P/S Gandhi Nagar arrested one person in case FIR No. 49/2018 under relevant sections of law at Police Station Gandhi Nagar. During sustain questioning it came to light that arrested person belongs to Samba District and 04 Motor Cycles stolen from the different areas of District Jammu and its outskirts have been recovered on his disclosure.
