Inter House English Declamation Competition held in Goenkan Acres

Jammu: Students of G D Goenka Public School, Jammu, governed by Om Prakash Bansal Charitable Trust, grabbed the opportunity to display their talents &discover a new side of them. Grade VII students enthusiastically participated in an 'Inter-HouseDeclamation Competition' conducted this morning. The exuberant participants enthusiastically orated their peculiar views on the Topic: " If I could change one thing in the World, it would be.... ".

The Meticulous views of Mannan Khalil Choudhary of Class VII A left everyone spellbound. On the other hand, Awana Dutta of same class was very expressive, confident & had good intonation. Even Aashman Thakur of VII B perspective regarding the topic fetched cheers and applause from the spectators. All the other participants gave a tough fight as well.

Judges Roma & Himanshi rightly mentioned that such activities enhance students’ critical thinking and improve their communication skills thus making them multi-faceted and versatile.

The Principal Rajesh Rathore, not just enlightened the students but added a new dimension to the event all together. Middle School Coordinator Priyanka Sharma motivated & felicitated the winners of the event.
