Designation Trainer (English Language)

Qualification Degree in English - Specializing in English Language Teaching, Linguistics, or Literature.

Work Experience 2 to 10 Years Key Skills

Proficient in written and spoken English with a penchant for teaching and training.
A large vocabulary and a flair for public speaking, debating and group discussions.

Job Description:

Responsible for conducting training sessions as per the schedule.
Ensure regular student assessments.
Act on feedback provided.
Support development of the content.
Responsible to design additional assessment on courses.
Ensure appropriate use of training aids to enhance student experience and learning outcomes.
To be able to recommend books and materials, revising curriculum, and recommending teaching assignments wherever appropriate.
Participates in student advising and registration.
Ensure timelines for course completion.
Mentoring and reporting student progress.
Help with counseling if need be.
