4 KAS among 20 reshuffled

JAMMU : The state government on Friday affected reshuffle in middle-rung administration, transferring four KAS officers among 20 officials including those of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Services.

As per an official order in this regard, 4 Junior Scale KAS officers of 2011 batch- all of them presently awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department were given a posting which included Chand Singh, posted as Under Secretary to the Government, School Education Department; Manisha, posted as Administrative Officer in the office of Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu, vice Shamim Ahmad Kraipak; Naser Ali, posted as Under Secretary in the Chief Minister's Secretariat; and Reetika Arora, posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, vice Agya Anand.

Besides, the government also affected transfer of Rita Koul, awaiting orders of posting in the GAD, and posted her as Under Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, whereas Naseema Akhter, Under Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, under orders of transfer to the Social Welfare Department, was posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department; Agya Anand, Under Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, was transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government, Transport Department and Kiran Raina, awaiting orders of posting in the GAD, is posted as Assistant Director in the Directorate of Stationery and Office Supplies, J&K, on ex-cadre basis.
Further, Malik Suhail Ahmad, another Junior Scale KAS officer, shall continue at his present place of posting, viz. Additional Private Secretary in the personal section of Hon'ble Minister for Revenue, Parliamentary Affairs, Haj and Auqaf.

In a separate order, the government also reshuffled 12 officials of the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service. Meenakshi Raina, Section Officer was transferred from the Finance Department and posted in the J&K Government Grievance Cell (Chief Minister's Secretariat); Nissar Ahmad Shah, Section Officer was transferred from the Health & Medical Education Department and posted in the Finance Department; Pritam Singh, Head Assistant was transferred from the J&K Government Grievance Cell (Chief Minister's Secretariat) and posted in the Governor's Secretariat; Inder Singh Baloria, Head Assistant was transferred from the Animal/Sheep Husbandry Department and posted in the J&K Government Grievance Cell (Chief Minister's Secretariat).

Latief Ahmad Samoon, Head Assistant, has been transferred from the Revenue Department and posted in the Animal/Sheep Husbandry Department; Vijay Kumar, Senior Assistant was transferred from the Home Department and posted in the Governor's Secretariat; Avtar Krishan, Senior Assistant was transferred from the Governor's Secretariat and posted in the Revenue Department; and Sudesh Kumar, Senior Assistant was transferred from the Governor's Secretariat and posted in the Health & Medical Education Department.

Besides, Sarika Angurana, I/c Senior Assistant was transferred from the General Administration Department and posted in the J&K Government Grievance Cell, (Camp Office, Jammu); Mohammad Mushtaq, Junior Assistant was transferred from the J&K Government Grievance Cell and posted in the Cooperative Department; Mohammad Iftikhar Ali Bhat, Junior Assistant was transferred from the General Administration Department and posted in the Cooperative Department; whereas Mohammad Yaqub Bhat, Junior Assistant, awaiting orders of adjustment is posted in the Home Department.
