22 principals shifted, posted

JAMMU : The state government on Thursday affected transfers of 12 principals/in-charge principals while posted 10 associate professors as in-charge principles of Government Degree Colleges across the state.

As per an official order issued by the J&K higher education department, 12 principals/in-charge principals have been transferred and posted including Kiran Bakshi, principal COE Jammu has been attached with director RUSA Jammu while PK Sharma, in-charge principal GDC Mahori has been transferred and posted as in charge principal SPMR college of commerce Jammu vice Ramesh Chander who has been transferred and posted as principal MAM college Jammu.

Farooq Ahmed Malik, principal GDC Milan has been transferred and posted as principal GDC Hadipora; Parveen Pandit, principal S P college Srinagar has been transferred and posted as principal Institute of advanced studies in education Srinagar; Manzoor Ahmad Lone, in-charge principal GDC Khansahib has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal SP college Srinagar; B A Sodagar, in-charge principal GDC Charari-Sharief has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal, GDC Khansahib; Bashir Ahmad Parray, in-charge principal Women college Baramulla has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal GDC Kulgam; Zaheer-u-Din, in-charge principal GDC Magam has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal GDC Larnoo; G R Wani, in-charge principal GDC DH Pora has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal Women college Anantnag; Ali Mohammad Wani, in-charge principal Women college Anantnag has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal Uttersoo, whereas Bashir Ahmad Rather, in-charge principal GDC Kulgam has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal GDC, Boys Anantnag.

Besides these, 9 associate professors and 1 nodal officer has been posted and transferred and posted in different GDCs across the state. Raj Shree Dhar, Nodal officer, JKIMS Jammu has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal COE Jammu; Ashok Kumar, associate professor GDC Samba has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal GDC Mahore; Sushma Mahajan, associate professor Women college Jammu has been transferred and posted as GDC Kalakote; Ab Qayoom Khatai, associate professor GDC Bemina has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal Women college Kupwara; Abdul Rehna Bhat, associate professor SP college, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal Tangdhar; whereas Tabasum Rafiq, associate professor women college, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal GDC Charari-Sharief.

Similarly, Fahmida Bano, associate professor women college Baramulla has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal women college Baramulla; Rohi Jan Kanth, associate professor women college, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as in-charge principal GDC Magam; Mushtaq Ahmad, associate professor who has been looking after the charge of principal GDC Uttersoo shall now look after the charge of GDC DH Pora while Mohd Shafi Khan, associate professor GDC Bemina has been transferred and posted as principal GDC Kilan.
