KAS Mains exam centre relocated

JAMMU: In view of Class 10 annual examination commencing from February 26, the J&K Public Service Commission (PSC) has shifted the venue for the paper of Anthropology-I for KAS Mains exam, scheduled to be held on the same day, from Shri Ranbir Higher Secondary School Parade to Government College for Women Parade Ground Jammu.
The said paper of Combined Competitive (Mains) Examination, 2016, was to be held on 26 February from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM, whereas Class 10 exam of Science/ Home Science is scheduled to be held on the same day from 11:00 AM.
"Due to unavoidable circumstances, the venue for the aforesaid paper has been shifted," an official release by PSC read.
The change in venue is effective those allotted the centre at Shri Ranbir Higher Secondary School Parade only, while other centers for same paper would hold the exam as per notified earlier.
"However, the rest of the centers for the above said paper and examination shall remain the same as already notified," read the official release.
