High-level investigation on to trace Kupwara man missing for three months: J&K law minister

Srinagar, Dec 11: A high-level investigation is under way into the case of disappearance of a man in Kupwara district since August 31, Law Minister Abdul Haq Khan said on Sunday.
Speaking at an event to mark the Human Rights Day in Srinagar, Khan said people should have faith in the police investigation. He did not give any more details.
On August 31, two young men, Manzoor Ahmad and his brother Nasrullah, both from Devar in Kupwara district, disappeared after going to an Army camp in the hills. Nasrullah was found severely injured later that evening, but Manzoor has not been heard of since then.
