Dispute of Pandit family with neighbour

An incident occurred on 19.10.2017 over land dispute between Avtar Krishan Pandita son of Kalaas Ram resident of Renipora Kulgam and Naseer Ahmad Bhat and brothers/sons of Qadir Bhat resident of Renipora Kulgam. Immediate help had been provided to the families instantly through PCR by sending a team of police from police station Kulgam.
On complaint by Shri Avtar Krishan and family regarding the incident case FIR NO.182/2017 under section 341,354,336,427 RPC stands registered in police station Kulgam on same day and investigation has been taken up.
On preliminary investigation it has been found that the matter is a dispute over state land which belong to neither party.
DC and SSP of Kulgam have looked into the matter and also ensured all possible steps in the ambit of the law.
