Farooq Andrabi felicitates people on Urs of Sheikh Noor-u-Din Wali (RA)

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 16: The Minister of State for Hajj & Auqaf, Power, Irrigation and Flood Control, Syed Farooq Ahmad Andrabi has felicitated people of the state on the annual Urs of Hazrat Sheikh Noor-u-Din Wali (RA) being observed tomorrow.
In his message, the Minister said mankind ought to follow the teachings of Hazrat Noor-u-Din Wali (RA) to get out of the tribulations of present times.
Andrabi said that Hazrat Noor-u-Din Wali uplifted people morally, spiritually and economically.
The Minister further said teachings of Hazrat Noor-u-Din Wali are must for peace, brotherhood, and progress to flourish.
Meanwhile, the Minister directed the administration to ensure availability of essentials, power, drinking water for the devotees at Chrar-e-Sharief where the special night prayers (Shab-e-Khawani) will be held during the intervening night of 17th October.
