Union Home Secretary meets Governor

SRINAGAR, JULY 31: Sh. Rajiv Mehrishi, Union Home Secretary, accompanied by Sh. Rajiv Gauba, Home Secretary (designate) and Sh. Gyanesh Kumar, Joint Secretary (J&K) Union Ministry of Home Affairs, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here this evening.
Sh. Mehrishi, who is leading a large delegation of Central Government Officers, for reviewing the implementation of Prime Minister’s Development Package (PMDP), apprised the Governor about the outcome of the review exercise.
Governor and Sh. Mehrishi also discussed matters relating to the current internal and external security.
