DC Poonch reviews arrangements at Dashnami Aakhara Mandir

POONCH, JULY 23 Deputy Commissioner Poonch Tariq Ahmad Zargar along with SSP Poonch sh.Rsjiv Kumar Panday & other concerned civil and police officers today visited at Dashnami Aakhara Mandir Poonch and held meeting to review the arrangements put in place by the departments like security arrangements including area domination at important sites.
The team of officers met with chairman of Dashnami Aakhara trust Poonch sh Basant Ram gi and members of trust to know the level of preparation being made till date .
the chairman apprised the deputy commissioner and requested for early completion of all arrangements.
Pertinent to mention here that Dashnami Aakhara Mandir Poonch serves as the Base camp for yatries who arrived here from across the country as a matter of religious belief & very next day the Left for holy darshan at shrine of Baba Buddha Amaranth situated thirty kilometres a way.
More over the rituals of ’Holy Charri Mubarak' to be taken out on the eve of Raksha Bandhan marking the conclusion of Buddha Amaranth Yatra departs form Dashnami Aakhara since centuries together.
then DC took a detailed review of preparations made by the concerned departments like lighting facilities, toilets & washroom,accommodations, sanitation, transport, traffic management, etc.
DC asked the concerned departments to left no stone unturned in making arrangements & submit (ATR) action taken report on arrangements with in two days.
Apart from police, civil administration the meeting was attended by civil society members from across the religion & assured their full cooperation.
