MeT predicts rains till May 6

Srinagar: Kashmir would remain mostly cloudy on Saturday, with scattered to isolated rain predicted for the next two days.
The meteorological centre (MeT) in Srinagar said during the past 24 hours, few places in Kashmir have received light rain.
MeT has predicted scattered to isolated rains in Jammu and Kashmir till Monday.
They said isolated to scattered very light rain and thunderstorms are expected over Jammu and Kashmir in the next 24 hours.
"Isolated, very light rain and thunderstorms are expected for the next two days," MeT said.
From May 6?10, generally dry weather is expected, with afternoon thundershower activity that can't be ruled out in a few places.
From May 11?13, generally cloudy weather with light rain and snow over higher reaches is expected at many places, with the possibility of thunder activity at a few places during these days.
Meanwhile, the minimum temperature during the intervening nights of Friday and Saturday was 11 degrees Celsius in Srinagar, 6.1 at the tourist resort of Pahalgam in south Kashmir, and 3.5?C at the ski resort of Gulmarg in north Kashmir.
