Driver killed in road mishap

Jammu: A man died when a tanker he was driving plunged into a gorge on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said on Wednesday.
Police said that a tanker on its way to Srinagar from Jammu in the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday when it reached near Shatani Nallah, the driver lost control and the tanker fell into the gorge killing him.
The driver was identified as Isser Dass (55), police said.
