Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembers Acharya Vinoba Bhave, Swami Vivekananda

Jammu, September 11: Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered Acharya Vinoba Bhave and Swami Vivekananda today as he said, 11th September marks two important milestones.
In a tweet, Mr. Modi said, the day marks the 125th Jayanti of Acharya Vinoba Bhave and 127th Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda's Chicago address.
He said , Swami Vivekananda’s address in 1893 demonstrated the spirit of India’s ethos and the values that are an integral part of our country. The Prime Minister urged youngsters to read the text of Vivekananda's Chicago address.
The Prime Minister said, the world remembers this day also for the 9/11 dastardly attack in the USA. He said, If humankind had walked on the path of ‘Jai Jagat’ given by Acharya Vinoba Bhave and Swami Vivekananda’s message of Universal Brotherhood, the destruction that followed in the world would not have occurred.
