Covid-19 death: 36 year old woman from Srinagar died at SKIMS, tally 144

Srinagar; Kashmir reported one more Covid-19 death on Wednesday as 36 year old woman from Srinagar died at SKIMS.

Medical Superintendent SKIMS Dr. Farooq Jan told that a 36 year old woman from Nehru Park Srinagar died here at the hospital.

He adde, "The patient was know case of HTN with T2 DM and post renal transplant (2016). The
Patient had reported to emergency on 28th June, with complaints of shortness of breath following which patient was admitted and a priliminary diagnosis of pneumothorax was made and covid sample was taken which returned positive. The patient had B/L Intercostal drain in place with cause of death being cardiopulmonary arrest".

With one more death, the tally due to Covid-19 death has surged to 144 across J&K.
