JAMMU, Dec 30: The Jammu and Kashmir police on Monday booked and detained a terror associate under Public Safety Act (PSA) in Basantragh area of Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir.Jammu local businessesJammu and Kashmir tourism
He has been identified as Mohammad Rafiq, son of Mohammad Qasim, resident of Balota Chigla of Basantgarh. This is the fifth detention of a terror associate under Public Safety Act (PSA) in the area.
The officials said the detained terror associate was involved in multiple terror cases and was working as guide and facilitator for terrorist organization till his arrest.
