JULY 3: Following the encounter that broke out in night on July 2, search operation is in full swing to hunt down the hiding terrorists in Kishtwar district.
A joint team of security forces (Army and J&K Police), have cordoned the areas and launched the search in the dense forest Kanzal Mandu area of the Kuchal-Chatroo belt in Kishtwar.
It is learnt that heavy deployment of the forces has been ensured to track down the hiding terrorists.
Cutting-edge monitoring system, advanced drones and sniffer dogs have been mobilized to neutralize the terrorists.
“Pertinent to mention, based on specific intelligence a joint search operation was underway in Kanzal Mandu, Kishtwar Contact has been established between terrorists and security forces,” posted White Knight Corps on July 2.
