Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested one person for his alleged involvement in raping minor girl.
The complaint in this connection was lodged by mother of the victim girl at police station Kana Chak.
Police officials said that said that the accused has been identified as Baba Ram residentof Galwadey Chack. They said the accused was booked under POSCO Act.
They informed that further investigation is on and case FIR No. 93/2022 U/S 4 POCSO Act has been registered in this regard at Police station.
