Action taken report on B2V1 demands reviewed in Anantnag

ANANTNAG, DECEMBER 10: DDC Anantnag, Khalid Jahangir today chaired a meeting of all the line departments to review the action taken report on B2V1 demands in the block of Bijbehara, D-Pora, K-Pora and Pahalgam.
In the meeting, threadbare discussions with regard to the demands related to mecadamization, education, healthcare, power, water, road connectivity, construction of play fields, protection bunds, approach roads to agricultural fields, filtration plants, foot bridges, retaining walls, lanes & drains, widening of roads, augmentation of water supply schemes, installation of high voltage transformers, HT & LT poles with conductors, establishment of Micro Banking Branches, Anganwadi Centres sheep & veterinary units, handicraft training centres and upgradation of educational and health institutions were raised during B2V1 programme.
The DDC directed the officers to prioritize the demands of urgent need and stressed to assess the feasibility of demands raised during B2V1.
The meeting was informed that demands raised during B2V1 programme have been prioritized and process of execution of works on most of the projects as demanded has been initiated and most of the works are at different levels of execution. Further, the DPRs have been sent for the approval.
ACD, JD Planning, SE PDD, Exens of PHE, R&B, PMGSY &FC, DPO, Dy. CMO, CAHO, DEPO and other senior officers from the line departments attended the meeting.
