National Lok Adalat on December 14

JAMMU, NOVEMBER 19: A National Lok Adalat is going to be held on December 14, 2019 here in the District Court Complex under the chairmanship of RK Wattal, the chairman District Legal Services Authority (PR District & Session Judge) Jammu.

In this regards, all the concerned including advocates, government departments, insurance companies, financial institutions, banks litigants who are desirous of getting their pre-litigations and post litigation/pending cases to be settled amicably before the National Lok Adalat through reconciliation/ alternative dispute resolution (ADR) are asked to furnish the particulars of their cases in the office of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Jammu on or before Dec 9, 2019, so that the cases can be listed in the ensuing National Lok Adalat to be held on 14 December.
