Back to Village Programme- phase II: Govt officials on leave asked to join office

KISHTWAR, NOVEMBER 19: District administrations of Udhampur and Kishtwar have asked the officials on leave the join back duty ahead of commencement of “Back to Village Programme, phase II scheduled to start from Nov 25, 2019.
In this regard, the concerned administrations issued order cancelling all kind of leaves sanctioned in favour of the Officers/Officials both Gazetted and Non-Gazetted with immediate effect, except in exceptional cases which need to be duly authorized by the DC.
The order further bars District/Sectoral officers from leaving the station without prior permission of DC.
The controlling officers have also been directed not to sanction any leave in favour of any Officer/Official till the culmination of the said programme.
