DC Anantnag chairs Land Alienation Committee meet

ANANTNAG, SEPTEMBER 16: Deputy Commissioner Anantnag, Khalid Jahangir, today chaired meeting of the Land Alienation Committee regarding land cases of Tehsils of Pahalgam and Sallar.
A total of 20 cases were taken up in the meeting including 13 of Sallar Tehsil and seven of Pahalgam Tehsil. After through scrutiny six cases of Pahalgam Tehsil were cleared while one case was sent back to the Committee for re–verification. Besides, seven cases of Sallar Tehsil were cleared and six other cases were referred back for scrutiny.
The meeting was attended by ADCs, SDM Pahalgam, Tehsildars of Pahalgam and Sallar besides other field functionaries of the Revenue Department Anantnag.
