DDC Kishtwar reviews progress of PMGSY projects

KISHTWAR AUGUST 21: Deputy Commissioner Angrez Singh Rana reviewed the progress on Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) projects here at a meeting of concerned officers and executing agencies.

Concerned officers apprised the DDC about the physical and financial status of the projects under execution in the district.

Concerned XENs apprised about the bottle-necks impeding the work of various projects including delays in forest clearance, compensation to the land owners etc, Responding to the issues, the DDC directed ACR to expedite the land compensation disbursement to facilitate the execution of projects at the earliest.

The ADC was asked to resolve the issue with regard to upgradation of Sarkoot, Poochal, Hullar roads and Dumbar Bridge amicably.

ADDC Kishtwar, Mohammad Hanief Malik, ADC Kishtwar, Pawan Parihar, Joint Director Planning, Mohd. Iqbal, ACR kishtwar, Dr. Amir Hussain, XEN PMGSY Kishtwar, Marwah and Chatroo Division, AEEs, JEs, representatives of forest department and concerned officers were present in the meeting.
