KUPWARA, JULY 19: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Anshul Garg, along with Additional Deputy Commissioner, Farooq Ahmad Baba today made a visit of Ziyarat Sharif Darbar Aliya Younsiya Awoora and Ziyarat Sharif Darbar Mian Rajwali Sahib Zirhama, to review the arrangements made by the district administration for the smooth celebration of annual Urs at both the places scheduled from 15th to 21th July at Awoora and 19th to 22nd July 2019 at Zirhama.
The Deputy Commissioner interacted with local Auqaf Committee of both the Ziyarats. He assured them that all the arrangements will be put in place for smooth celebration of the Urs at both the places.
DC impressed upon the concerned officers to put extra efforts and ensure smooth celebration of urs. He said that all concerned departments should follow the directions strictly passed by district administration earlier.
He directed ARTO Kupwara to ensure smooth traffic arrangements on both the routes to facilitate the people visiting the shrine. He also directed CMO to make necessary arrangements for providing first aid and health care, in case of any need.
