Six KAS officers shifted

JAMMU: The State government on Wednesday affected a reshuffle in middle-rung civil administration, transferring and posting six KAS officers.

As per an official order issued today, Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Handwara, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, vice Parvez Sajad Ganai, who in turn has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development vice Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, who has been further transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Sonamarg, against an available vacancy.

Rifat Aftab Qureshi, Additional Mission Director, State Rural Livelihood Mission, Kashmir, was transferred and posted as Joint Director, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir, vice Nazir Ahmad Mir, who in turn has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Handwara, vice Gulzar Ahmad Bhat.

Finally, Sajid Yehaya Naqash, Joint Director, Handicrafts, Kashmir, has been given the additional charge of the post of Additional Mission Director, State Rural Livelihood Mission, Kashmir, till further orders.
