JK High Court to hear National Highway ban on Jul 22

Srinagar: In a Public Interest Litigation filed by filed by Shah Faesal seeking quashment of Highway traffic ban, Division Bench of state High Court Comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Tahsi Rabstan fixed July 22, for consideration of matter.

When the PIL came-up for hearing, DB observed that Sr AAG submitted that Supreme Court of India by an order dated 6th May, 2019 has refused to entertain the prayer made by the petitioners before this Court challenging the very order of the State Government which has been challenged by way of these petitions.
