Rupee rises by 5 paise against USD
Mumbai, Apr 23 (UNI) Rupee on Tuesday rose marginally by five paise to 69.62 against the US Dollars on selling of US Dollars by exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
Tumbling down by 31 paise on Monday, the local unit moved up by five paise to 69.62 in opening trade and closed on the opening level only.
High fluctuation was seen during the day, as it registered day high and low at 69.84 and 69.52, respectively.
Weak dollar against other world currencies pushed the Indian currency up, the dealers informed.
