One injured in twin blasts

Imphal, Apr 23 :A teacher was injured in a blast at Minuthong last night here at Minuthong.
Police said two bombs blasted near Assam Rifles transit camp which led to confusion and chaos on the area.
The government teacher, Konsam Santosh was rushed to Raj Medicity for treatment. Police rushed in and took stock of the situation.
Two bombs were also planted yesterday near a school.
