Mantra is a numinous sound, a syllable, word or phonemes, or group of words whose vibration can exert influence on something. For example, when we simply chant “aaaa…”, its vibrations can be felt in the stomach and chest. And when we chant ‘UUUUU…’ the vibrations can be felt in the throat and chest, when we chant ‘mmmmm…..’ we can feel the vibrations in our facial region and brain.
