Tax Exemption Limit Likely To Be Increased From Rs 2.5 Lakh To Rs 5 Lakh
New Delhi: Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is likely to increase the tax exemption limit from Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 5 lakh in the interim budget on February 1.
Sources in Finance Ministry told Cross Town News that Finance Minister Arun Jaitley likely to double the income tax exemption from the present Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 5 lakh.
This Move will help BJP immesely in upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.
