Bollywood singers to perform in Gorakhpur Mahotsav

Gorakhpur, Jan 7: The three-day 'Gorakhpur Mahotsav', slated to start from January 11 will see famous Bollywood singers delivering mellifluous renditions of songs in the fair.
On the first day, well-known singer Sukhwinder Singh will enthral the audiences in the Bollywood night, while the last day (Jan 13) will see Mohit Chauhan performing for the audiences.
The Chairman of the Mahotsav Organising Committee and Gorakhpur Commissioner Amit Kumar Gupta said that Bollywood singers Sukhwinder Singh and Mohit Chauhan sent their promotional videos to the organising committee. While giving their acceptance in the video, they have clearly stated that this will be the first time they will perform on the land of Guru Gorakshnath.
Providing information about the fair, the Commissioner said famous Bhojpuri singer Sharda Sinha and Suresh Kushwaha will perform on the night of January 12.
Essay-writing by students, painting, cookery programme for women, sports, shooting and 'Lokrang Sabrang' programme for music lovers will be organised in the course of the fair.
