Revenue official held with graft money in Jammu

Jammu: A revenue official was arrested with graft money he demanded and accepted from the complainant in Domana area here on city outskirts.
Official sources said that Anti Corruption Bureau this afternoon raided the village Akalpur in Domana and nabbed the revenue official (Patwari) for allegedly taking bribe for documentation in a land case from the complaint.
They added that the Patwari Anil Sharma had demanded Rs 30,000 but the complaint had given him the token money of Rs 10,000, which was recovered from his possession.
A case has been registered and investigation started, said an official of Anti-Corruption Bureau.
