PM, Vasundhara congratulate Gehlot, Pilot on assuming charge

New Delhi, Dec 17(UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday congratulated Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot who were administered the oath of office and secrecy as the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan respectively.
Mr Modi tweeted, 'Congratulations to Shri @ashokgehlot51 Ji and Shri @SachinPilot Ji on taking oath as the CM and Deputy CM of Rajasthan. Best wishes for their tenure ahead.'
Former chief minister Vasundhara Raje also congratulated them and tweeted, 'Congratulate Shri @ashokgehlot51 ji and Shri @SachinPilot on taking oath as Chief Minister and Dy. Chief Minister of #Rajasthan. I wish you the best.'
Indian National Congress also tweeted: 'Congratulations to the new CM & Deputy CM of Rajasthan, Shri @ashokgehlot51 & Shri @SachinPilot #IndiaTrustsCongress.'
Mr Gehlot and Mr Pilot were sworn-in as Chief Minister and Deputy CM of Rajasthan at a glittering public ceremony, marked by a convergence of top leaders of many non-Bharatiya Janata Party opposition grandees.
Governor Kalyan Singh administered oath of office and secrecy to Mr Gehlot and Mr Pilot at the mega public function held at the historic Albert Memorial Museum Hall in Jaipur in the presence of a galaxy of politicians, party workers and enthusiastic multitudes.
