IUST, CUK postpone all exams on Monday

Srinagar, Dec 16: Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) and Central University of Kashmir (CUK) have postponed examinations scheduled to be held on Monday in view of the strike called by separatists against the killing of seven civilians in clashes with security forces on Saturday in Pulwama.

A spokesman for the IUST said class work and all scheduled examinations have been suspended on Monday in the university.
However, no reason was given for postponing examinations.

He said fresh dates for exams will be announced later.

Meanwhile, a CUK spokesperson said the university authorities have postponed all the examinations scheduled on Monday.
