CEC Kargil greets people on Losar

KARGIL, DECEMBER 07: Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan today extended his warm and heartfelt greetings to the people of whole Ladakh region especially the Buddhist community on the auspicious occasion of Losar, which marks the beginning of Laakhi New Year.
In his message of felicitations, Feroz Khan expressed optimism that festival of Losar will herald a new era of unity, peace, brotherhood, communal harmony and progress in the region.
The CEC also prayed for wellbeing of the people on this holy occasion and hoped that the traditional New Year will bring with it prosperity for the people of the district.
