Children and Staff paid rich tribute to Pt.Nehru on his birth anniversary.

Rajouri:Children's day, was celebrated with full enthusiasm and colorful programmes by different educational institutions across rajouri town.New Era Public School, under the agies of SVS educational trust, celebrated this day with colourful activities at school premises here today. The programme started with paying rich tribute to Pt.Nehru by lighting the candle by Principal, Mrs.Palvi Bali followed by skits and cultural events performed by the kids.Prof.Haqeeqat Singh, Director, SVS degree college was the chief guest and Dr.Shamshed Ahmed, Principal was the guest of honour on the occasion.The speakers threw light on the life history of Pt.Nehru and briefed the students regarding his sacrifices for the nation.At last, sweets and gifts were distributed among the kids.
The teachers and students of Valley View Army Public School, Rajouri remembered our first Prime Minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru on his birth anniversary and celebrated his love for children with a host of fun filled activities in a cultural event.The tiny tots arrived at school dressed in colourful dresses and were full of excitement. The children were completely immersed in the cultural event which added a renewed flavour for all the guests. The young kids won all hearts by their mesmerizing performances.The cultural event was followed by a small arts and science display where the creativity of these young kids was put to display.
Similarly, Delhi Public School Rajouri has celebrated children's day with full enthusiasm.Students of class VIII Rose section performed a special assembly and students of classes III to VIII performed different dance performances and skit also. Students also performed group songs.Urdu teacher Mr. Nazir Ahmed delivered a speech and stressed upon the parents to prepare their children for their better life ahead. Mr Deepak Kumar, Principal and Mr.Sajjad Tariq, Chairman of the school gave their best wishes to all the children's on the occasion.
