GANDERBAL, NOVEMBER 09: District Panchayat Election Officer (DPEO) Ganderbal, Dr. Piyush Singla today appointed two Returning Officers (ROs) and six Assistant Returning Officers (AROs) for seventh phase 7th of Panchayat Elections 2018 in block Safapora.
It was said that nomination papers can be obtained free of cost from the concerned ROs/AROs and Assistant Returning Officers Headquarter besides duly filled nomination papers shall have to be submitted in the office of concerned ROs/AROs or Assistant Returning Officers Headquarter.
The ARO Headquarter is located at Joint Director Planning (Chief Planning Officer) Ganderbal, Room number 215, Mini Secretariat Complex, Ganderbal.
