JAMMU: The State government on Tuesday transferred Niraj Kumar, a 2010-batch IAS officer of J&K Cadre currently posted as Director, Indian System of Medicine and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Technical Education Department.
This was notified through government order 1622-GAD of 2018.
“Dr. Phuntsog Angchuk, awaiting orders of adjustment in the Health and Medical Education Department, is posted as Director, Indian System of Medicine, vice Niraj Kumar,” the order added.
