DC Doda reviews preparedness for Panchayat Polls

DODA, OCTOBER 20: District Election Officer Doda Anshul Garg reviewed preparedness for Panchayat elections in the district regarding basic facilities at polling stations. He impressed to ensure basic facilities like water, electricity, toilet, Ramp in the polling stations.
Suitability of collection and distribution centres where ballot boxes and other poll material and it's further distribution among poll parties was also discussed in the meeting.
Threadbare discussions for the finalization of arrangements at all the buildings designated as ROs and AROs headquarters for first and second phase of Panchayat elections for which nomination shall commence from 23rd of this month and 26th of this month respectively was made during the meeting.
