Arrangements finalized for counting: DEO Baramulla

BARAMULLA, OCTOBER 19: District Election Officer (DEO) Baramulla Dr Nasir Ahmad Naqash today informed that all the necessary arrangements for the counting of Municipal Elections scheduled on October 20 have been finalized.
This DDC stated this during a visit to the counting centres here.
Pertinently, the said elections for the three MCs of Baramulla, Watergam and Uri were subsequently held on 08th, 10th and 13th of October respectively for which the counting shall be held.
Moreover, the DEO informed that the Media centre, which was previously set up in District information Centre has also been shifted to the Counting Centre. He also said that other arrangements pertaining to security have also been geared up for the hassle-free counting of the polls.
