Man held in rape case

Thane, Sep 20: A 40-year-old-man from Kasarwadavali area in Thane district arrested on Thursday for raping his own daughter since last four yours, police said.
He has booked under the POCSO Act of 2012 besides under section 376 of the IPC.
The victim (14) was staying with her father, while her two brothers were living with her mother separately, police said.
As the victim fed up with sexual harassment, she took help of the neighbours and filed a complaint against her father last evening and he was arrested, police added.
