Drug Peddler arrested, 220 intoxicant Capsules recovered at Ghagwal

SAMBA: As a Part of continues drive against the menace of drug launched by SSP Samba Dr Koushal Kumar Sharma, Police arrested one drug Peddler and recovered 220 banned capsules from his Possession at Ghagwal in district Samba here.

The drug Peddler has been identified as Shamsher Lal (32) Son of Parmanand resident of Village Gagore Vijaypur.

According to the Police sources, as per reliable sources information, a team of Ghagwal Police station headed by Si Bansi Lal SHO Ghagwal Police station along with District Special Branch intercepted one Person form Ghagwal, during his frisking Police recovered 220 Banned capsules from his Possession and the accused arrested on spot along with contraband items.

The whole operation was Conducts under the overall Supervision of SSP Samba Dr Koushal Kumar Sharma and DSP Headquarter Samba Deepak Digra.

In this regard a case FIR No 11/2018 U/s 8/21/22 stand registered at Police station Ghagwal and investigation started.
