JKP SI nominated as Referee for Commonwealth Fencing Championship

Jammu: Sub-inspector in Jammu and Kashmir Police Rashid Ahmed Choudhary is nominated as Refree for Junior and Cadet Commonwealth fencing championship which is going to be held at Newcastle England from 22nd to 31st July 2018.

It is perntinent to mention here that he is the only world Fencing federation and Asian Fencing confederation B Grade Qualified Referee of the state.

He is also conferred with State Award and Sher -e -Kashmir award and Director General of Police Medal for his achievements in the field of Sports.

Sub Inspector Rashid Ahmed extends highly thanks to DGP J&K, SP Vaid and AK Choudhary IPS ADGP armed to Depute him for the Championship Meanwhile J&K Amateur fencing association patron sh. Vijay Sharma also extend congratulations to the nominee for such a great achievement.
