Fixes deadline to register on portal

RAMBAN: Additional District Development Commissioner, Ravinder Sadhu convened a meeting with all the district officers to review enrolment of all employees of different departments on Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS), here today.
The meeting was attended by ADC, Gurvinderjeet Singh, SDM, Gool, Pankaj Bagotra, SDM, Ramsoo, ViqarGiri and representatives of Engineering, Health, Education, Rural Development, Horticulture and Agriculture Department.
During the meeting, ADDC informed that as per Chief Secretary’s directions all the DDOs have to get their employees registered for Aadhar by 17th of July 2018 besides those employees who already have Aadhar number must get themselves registered in AEBAS by18th July 2018.
The ADDC asked the officers to register all the employees working under their jurisdiction on AEBAS portal and get the AEBAS machines installed as early as possible.
ADDC also asked the DDOs to submit the attendance of all the employees on the format already circulated by 10:00 am sharp on daily basis for onward submission to higher authorities. A demonstration session was also conducted by the administration for DDOs regarding operation of AEBAS.
