viaENS conducts its 4th Business Leadership Conclave in Jammu.

Jammu: viaENS- The Digital Industry Education company from Jammu, conducted their 4th Leadership Conclave at Ramada that aimed to instill leadership qualities among the 100 young aspiring Bloggers, Entrepreneurs from Gurugram, Pathankot, Jammu, by educating them about the various industry protocols that need to be followed in the
corporate World.

The Conclave was conducted by Mr. Arush Mahajan (CEO, Co-Founder, viaENS) along with Mr. Kanav Gupta (MD, Co-Founder, viaENS); Mr. Jatin Suri (General Manager), along with Mr. Pankaj Kumar (General Manager) and the event was hosted by Mr. Akshay Sharma (General Manager)

The meet focused on importance of Leadership in Entrepreneurship and how to build better strategies to accelerate Entrepreneurship
Education & Digital Career opportunities among the youth.

This is the 4th event of this level by viaENS in Jammu City.

As there is a scarcity of jobs, these college students have formed a Community aimed to help the youth in getting the right Global Industry Education & Exposure to make Entrepreneurship possible at the age of 18. The meet also focussed on how these innovative skills in the youth
will help the Local Business of an area grow online, thereby creating more job opportunities in the market.
