DM may meet Aurangzeb’s family today

JAMMU: Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is likely to meet family of martyred soldier Sepoy Aurangzeb in Poonch district. "The Defence Minister may visit the family of Sepoy Aurangzeb on Wednesday in Mendhar tehsil of Poonch district," defence sources here said.
They said that Ms Sitharaman besides meeting his family, will also review security situation of Jammu and Kashmir. On Monday, Chief of Army Staff General Bipin Rawat also met family of Sepoy Aurangzeb in Poonch.
Sepoy Aurangzeb was abducted by the terrorists in Pulwama before Eid and his bullet riddled body was found on June 14.
