Udaipur Press Club conducts condolence rally in Gomati District for the justice of Shujaat Bukhari shot dead

Udaipur, Jun 18: It is very sad that a Journalist of India Shujaat Bukhari dead by unidentified assailants outside his office in the Press Enclave area of Srinagar and all the members of Udaipur Press Club condemn this case, said Dilip Data, Secretary of Udaipur Press Club on Sunday at Evening here.

All the members of Udaipur Press Club and educated persons of the city have joined in the condolence rally. A rally has marched the city area of Udaipur in Gomati district, Tripura. Along with others, Debabrata Rudra, join secretary, Tapash Majumder, vice president and Apuram Sarkar, president of Udaipur Press Club were also took part in the condolence rally.

Shujaat Bukhari was an Indian Kashmiri journalist and the editor of Rising Kashmir, a Srinagar-based newspaper. He was shot dead by unidentified assailants outside his office in the Press Enclave area of Srinagar on June 14, 2018. He had survived three assassination attempts on previous occasions.

All the members of Udaipur Press Club have demanded proper justice for Shujaat Bukhari shot dead.
