JAMMU: In the aftermath of Centre's decision to not extend the Ramazan Ceasefire in Kashmir, New Delhi's special representative Dineshwar Sharma is all set to arrive in Kashmir on Monday, as he aims to resume talks with stakeholders in Valley, besides assessing the mood in air on what will technically be first day of no-ceasefire. Sharma's visit will be first after the conclusion of the Ramzan ceasefire. While he has not been able to make any breakthrough in involving separatists into the dialogue, the rumors are rife that Sharma will, this time, try his luck with the second-rung separatist leadership.

"The meetings would be facilitated by intermediaries, so as to enable Sharma to understand their view-point," sources told The News Now, adding that this exercise assumes great significance especially when the three tall leaders- Syed Ali Shah Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin Malik- have not entertained any dialogue prospective with Sharma.

While the exact schedule of Sharma's visit was not know, sources informed that Sharma may start his efforts, right after arriving in Srinagar tomorrow morning.
