4 injured in leopard attack in UP's Balrampur

Balrampur, Jun 15: Four farmers were injured in a leopard attack while working in their agriculture land in Rampur forest range.

DFO R K Mittal said here on Friday that the leopard attacked the farmers at Bharawandeeh village when they were working on their fields.

All the four have been admitted to a hospital. Efforts were on to nab the wild animal and a cage has been put near the village to trap it, Mr Mittal said.

The incident, which took place on Thursday, has created fear among the villagers who are now scared to step out after sunset.
