Two killed in road accident

Davanagere, Karnataka, May 24: Two people died on the spot and two others were injured when a car in which they were travelling rammed against a parked truck near Hanagawadi Village, about 20 km from here, in the wee hours of Thursday.
Police said that the victims were heading towards Bailahongal from Bengaluru to attend a cultural programme.
The deceased were identified as Chandan (42) and Santoshi (34). The injured were admitted to Government Hospital. Harihara Police have registered a case and investigating.
